Telephone befriending service, social groups from home and peer support: How we can help you stay connected while social distancing.
A range of accessible guides including how to help you make the most of the technology you have in your home.
From phones and laptops, to the latest magnification technology, we provide support on how to make technology work for you.
Our extensive audio library is still operating, with a wide range of CDs and Audio Books available by post, free of charge.
Children and Families
Are you a young person or a parent looking for advice or support? Our family support service can help.
Exercise and Fitness
Fully audio described exercise classes, specifically designed for older people with visual impairments.
