Adjusting to changes in your sight can feel daunting, and it can be hard to know what to do first. This opening session of the Moving Forward Course introduces practical skills and guidance from our rehabilitation team, including safe mobility, daily tasks and the support available from local services.
Whether you’ve recently been diagnosed or want to rebuild confidence, this session offers clear, practical advice to help you take the next step in a way that works for you.
The course runs across three sessions, and you are welcome to join the full series or attend the ones most relevant to you.
