Have your say and help shape future support

Your experiences matter to us. We’d love to hear from anyone with lived experience of sight loss about how we can best support people across Bristol, Bath and the wider West of England.

We’ve launched a short survey that takes about 15 minutes to complete. All responses are confidential, and the feedback you share will help us understand what support, activities, and services are most important for people in our community.

You can take part in the way that suits you best:

  • Complete the survey online: Sight Support West of England survey

    • Call us on 0117 322 4885 and we’ll arrange a convenient time to go through it with you

    • Speak to a volunteer at your local hub in October

    • If you received our survey letter, you can also post your answers back to us

The survey is open until 5 November. Results will be shared in the summer edition of our Visible magazine.

Thank you for helping us shape the services that matter most to you.
