Join us for an informal evening get-together for working age blind and partially sighted adults. Whether you’re coming along to meet new people, catch up with others or simply enjoy a chat over a drink, you’ll receive a warm welcome.
Our Bristol meet-up takes place on the third Thursday of every month, from 7.00pm–9.00pm.
What to expect
Meet other working age blind and partially sighted adults in a relaxed, friendly setting. There’s no formal agenda – simply a chance to chat, share experiences and get to know other people.
Getting here and accessibility
Future Inns Hotel Bristol, Bond Street, Bristol BS1 3EN
Future Inns Hotel is opposite Cabot Circus on Bond Street, next to the Cabot Circus multi-storey car park. It is opposite Marks & Spencer and below the bridge linking Cabot Circus to the multi-storey car park. There is a pedestrian crossing directly outside the hotel entrance.

The nearest bus stops are Bond Street and Cabot Circus, both a short walk from the hotel and served by a wide range of local and Metrobus services.
There are drop-off points at both the front and rear of the hotel. Accessible parking is available in Cabot Circus Car Park, with disabled bays on the ground floor. Please note that parking isn’t available in the hotel car park, although it can be used as a drop-off point for the rear entrance.
When you arrive
When facing the hotel, the entrance is to the right of the alley between the two hotel buildings.
Once inside, reception is at approximately 2 o’clock and the bar area where we’ll be meeting is at around 3 o’clock.
Reception staff will know where the meet-up is taking place, and volunteers will be available to provide sighted guiding from reception if you’d like assistance.

There’s no need to book though – you’re very welcome to just come along.
